► Responsibilities:

Campaign Planning and Execution (60%) 

• Build up the digital media plan as a solution for the brands’ sales objective.
• Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and monitor marketing campaigns across various channels including social media, email, online advertising, and partnerships, to promote our products and digital content.
• Budget Management: Assist in managing marketing budgets effectively, ensuring resources are allocated efficiently for optimal campaign results.
• Work with vendors to find the solutions if there are issues on the website and social channels.

 Performance Analysis and Report (20%)  

• Utilize analytics tools to track and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns, providing insightful reports and recommendations for optimization to maximize user engagement and ROI.
• Deep-diving into the data to find useful trends, analysis results and identify key insights.
• Create clear and concise performance reports, presenting findings, insights, and recommendations to stakeholders.
• Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to keep our offerings innovative and competitive.
  

Content Creation (20%)  

• Work closely with creative teams to develop compelling and relevant content, such as graphics, videos, and copy, that effectively communicates the value of our products and digital content offerings.
  

► Requirements:

• Graduated from university. 
• At least 03 years proven experience in digital marketing field. 
• Experience in performance marketing for the automobile/motorcycle industry is an advantage. 
• Experience with B2C social media, Google Adwords and SEO/SEM. RECRUITMENT ANNOUCEMENT 
• Good at math, good at memory and high sense of responsibility. Fundamental understanding of ads platform, familiar with ads metrics (At least 2-year experience).
• Strong time management skills and ability to be self-directed. 
• Collaborative team player with the ability to work cross-functionally.
