– Conduct the Digital content plan for Revzone Yamaha Motor and maintain the routines to update/adjust all Digital marketing plan
– Manage, monitor & actively join into all content creation activities including video, social post, articles.
– Manage & monitor the performance of all Digital platform including Website, Social network & E-com
– Continously review and make action plan to make sure the content performance meet KPIs
– Contributing the process of new idea generation and facilitate the creativity to enhance the content performance
– Identify paid channel including social media and syndication partners that effectively align with content topics
– Build target audience profile and segments that strategically align with Revzone Yamaha produced content
– Ensure compliance with business, legal and compliance review of content and imagery.
– Cooperate with all in-house teams to operate all Marketing activities with riders community, club and owner groups…


– Excellent communication skills in Vietnamese and English
– Strong digital marketing background
– Experience managing the inhouse content team
– Experience in automotive/motorcycles industry is a plus
– Relationship with rider community is a plus
– Bachelor’s degree in related field
– A2 license or be able to get A2 license



  • Conduct Product research, Customer search to understand the market/competitors in order to build the thoughtful and informative content for Big Bike customers.
  • Write and edit content to promote Yamaha products and services by telling compelling stories through written content, with a focus on digital content, implementing SEO best practice to –drive web traffic and generate leads.
  • Use analytics to report on performance to ensure content reflects changes in trends
  • Create and publish new content in line with the brand guidelines, technical policies and best practice.
  • Support the Digital Team in uploading content to the website and other digital channels
  • Prepare online newsletters and promotional emails and organize their distribution through various channels
  • Provide creative ideas for content marketing and update website
  • Collaborate with designers to improve user experience
  • Acquire insight in online marketing trends and keep strategies up to date
  • Maintain partnerships with media agencies and vendors


  • Graduated from university.
  • At least to 02 years of experience in digital creative, advertisement agencies
  • Perfect knowledge of CMS platform and web analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics, Net Insight, web trends etc.)
  • Skills and experience in creative content writing
  • Excellent in English communications
  • Good interpersonal skills, be able to liaise contacts, develop relationships, and proactive to achieve desired outcome
  • Friendly, sociable, supportive and teamwork & creative, updated, willing to work hard
  • Willingness to learn and ability to adapt to new situations
  • Flexible, high responsible and independent



– Contribute to brainstorm and implement event plant from start to finish according to theme
– Prepare & execute medium and small-scale activities.
– Communicate and negotiate with different vendors or suppliers regularly
– Traveling required up to 60% for site check, touring, community tour, long tour and short tour
– Develop & maintain relationship with riders’ community
– Ensure the annual calendar of event deliveried in both online webinars and physical event to generate traffic & brand awareness
– Coordination of creative materials for all events, on and offsite
– Control all suppliers for events, set up F&B preparation, organize event area
– Make sure that legal, insurance and safety obligation are followed
– Gather, report, and share best practices after marketing activates


– Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or Communication
– At least 2 years proven experience in event or experiential marketing
– A2 driving license is a must & motorcycle knowledge preferred
– Having work experience in event agency is a plus
– Ability to handle multiple tasks at once
– Should be highly social and great at building relationships with anyone
– Ability to coordinate with different vendors & find sponsor for the event
– Excellent organizations skills required
– Ability to work to deadlines and under pressure
