Thông tin chung về điều kiện làm việc và cách ứng tuyển
ĐIều kiện làm việc:
– Ngày làm việc: trung bình 22 ngày làm việc/1 tháng
– làm việc 2 ca: Ca 1: 8h – 17h. Ca 2: 12h – 20h (linh hoạt thay đổi).
– Mức lương thoả thuận, với nhiều chế độ phúc lợi và môi trường chuyên nghiệp.

03 NHÂN VIÊN CHĂM SÓC XE PHÂN KHỐI LỚN (DETAILING SPECIALISTS)
Nhiệm vụ:
– Thực hiện công việc chăm sóc xe (rửa xe, hiệu chỉnh sơn, phủ ceramic, đánh bóng) tại cửa hàng và các nhiệm vụ khác được yêu cầu;
– Thực hiện theo quy trình và phối hợp với tất cả các thành viên trong nhóm để đạt được mục tiêu của cửa hàng
Yêu cầu:
– Tốt nghiệp Phổ thông trung học trở lên;
– Có kiến thức, kinh nghiệm kỹ thuật là một lợi thế;
– Có bằng cấp/ chứng chỉ về đào tạo kỹ năng chăm sóc xe là điểm cộng;
– Đam mê về chăm sóc xe, có sức khỏe tốt, chăm chỉ, nhiệt tình, năng động.
2 CHUYÊN VIÊN KỸ THUẬT XE PHÂN KHỐI LỚN (BIG BIKE MECHANICS)
Responsibilities:
– Adjust, repair or replace parts to ensure safe and efficient operation;
– Check spare parts and supplies in the assigned work area to ensure that there are always enough necessary spare parts;
– Prepare or clearly explain the work to be done by not on the job board hanging on the vehicle before starting the repair;
– Observe and directly test the vehicle after repair to ensure safe, efficient and reliable operation of the vehicle before handing the vehicle back to the customer;
– Do after-sales services as required;
– Ability to go on tour with customers and respond if customers call in an emergency.
Requirements:
– Graduated from vocational high school or equivalent degree related to mechanical engineering;
– Have 01 year of experience or fresh graduate but have knowledge in mechanical engineering;
– Have passion and enthusiasm in work; responsibility, and self-discipline;
– Having A2 driver’s license, English is an advantage.
02 TƯ VẤN KỸ THUẬT XE PHÂN KHỐI LỚN (SERVICE CONSULTANTS)
Responsibilities:
– Assist Service Manager/ Supervisor and Chief Technician to manage the workshop smoothly with high level of customers satisfaction;
– Coordinate with Chief technician and Technician team to diagnose the bikes’ problems accurately, and clearly describe them on the repair order;
– Prepare the Service quotation on CRM with costs and completion times at point of sale. Clearly communicate them to customer. Follow-up base on the guideline on CRM;
– Manage the jobs assignation to technicians based on skill level and current resource utilization;
– Monitor & Review work-in-progress to ensure quality and timeliness. Well communication to customers to ensure the prompt feedback during the tasks;
– Perform cashier functions, as needed;
– Open & close all customer paid, warranty, and internal repair orders;
– Follow procedures for quick and efficient handling of warranty items, including and proper storage of these items;
– Manage the issue of VAT invoices to customers through system;
– Take care of service Hotline.
Requirements:
– College Diploma or equivalent (Business, Communications, Technical, …);
– Superior communication and customer service skills;
– Excellent communication in both Vietnamese & English and customer service skills;
– Technical degree in related field or motorcycle mechanics training is a plus;
– A2 or ability to get A2 license;
– Competent in Microsoft Office.
01 ADVANCED TECHNICIAN
Responsibilities:
– Adjusts, repairs, or replaces damaged or malfunctioning vehicle parts in order to ensure reliable, efficient and safety operation of the vehicle;
– Maintains and inspects parts and supplies inventory in assigned work area in order to ensure adequate stock to perform required vehicle repairs;
– Re-directs calls as appropriate and take adequate messages when required;
– Prepares and/or interprets service orders in order to identify work to be performed and give instructions prior to service job execution;
– Schedules repairs in order to return vehicles to service as soon as possible;
– May be required to travel to perform certain work functions and be on-call for emergencies.
Requirements:
– Technical degree in related field or motorcycle mechanics training;
– Five (5) years of experience in the maintenance with strong mechanical knowledge, general and specific motorcycles understanding;
– Motorcycle license A2;
– Competent in Microsoft Office;
– Native Vietnamese speaker, English conversation ability.
